I came here because my car broke down and was overheating. The owner told me my car needed both radiator fans and the thermostat sensor replaced, and I was assured they would take care of it. After the work was completed, I found out they had only replaced one fan and the temperature sensor, yet I was charged $585. When I questioned why both fans weren’t replaced as originally discussed, I was brushed off and told they had only ever said one fan would be replaced. As a woman with limited knowledge of car repairs, I genuinely feel they took advantage of my situation and overcharged me for the work they performed. To make matters worse, before I left they told me my radiator also needed to be replaced and quoted me another $585. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. I felt misled, overcharged, and treated unfairly. There are plenty of honest mechanics out there, I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Very good team work , understanding and lenient on their pricing which made the experience all the better easy payment methods and I would highly recommend them to their community as well as people passing through...you go Guadalajara!

This was honestly the worst tire shop we’ve ever visited. We only came in to swap wheels since we already replaced one ourselves and just needed help with the other three after our wrench broke. My husband is a mechanic, so we know exactly what needs to be done. While they were working, he specifically told them to install the centric caps to make sure the wheels were properly aligned and safe. They ignored it the first time, and even after he went back to remind them, they still didn’t do it. What made it worse was the attitude. The youngest guy working there told my husband to “just go sit down,” which was completely disrespectful. My husband was simply making sure our car was being handled correctly and safely. Then, when it was time to pay, that same worker drove our car out of the shop without even asking us. We were literally right there. That’s OUR car, basic respect is to ask first. We paid $70 for service that felt careless and unprofessional. It’s honestly concerning to think about how many other cars they’ve worked on like this. Are those vehicles even safe? I really hope this shop starts hiring knowledgeable workers who actually understand proper installation, not

I had a very positive experience at this place. Everything was handled with professionalism, and the staff made sure the process was smooth from beginning to end. The environment felt clean and well‑organized, which added to the overall comfort of the visit. I appreciate how clearly they explained things and how efficiently they worked. It’s the kind of business that leaves a strong impression because they focus on quality and consistency.

TLDR: Fast, affordable, very kind!! Came in because my tire was flat. They found the nail hole and patched it for 25 dollars in 20 minutes. Insanely fast and super nice service. They also directed us out of the shop and helped us navigate traffic. Super nice. Highly recommend!!
